Hosting, domain and technical management: €15 per month, cancel monthly (one month's notice). The domain is registered in your name and you take it with you if you stop. How it works
No surprises: you see what you're getting first.
- Get in touch. Send a DM, a WhatsApp or give me a call. Everything can be done online, wherever your salon is in the Netherlands. I'll look at your Instagram, Google profile and prices.
- Free preview. I create a sample design with your services and style. It costs nothing and you're under no obligation.
- Fine-tune. Tell me what to change: text, prices, colours, photos.
- Go live and pay. The site only goes live on your own domain once you approve it. After that, you pay the invoice.

Who is SalonZichtbaar for?
For nail studios, hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons, lash and brow stylists and other appointment-based businesses, anywhere in the Netherlands.
Everything happens online: getting in touch, reviewing the preview and requesting changes all go through WhatsApp, phone or Instagram. So it doesn't matter where your salon is.
How much does a website for my salon cost?
A website costs a one-off €249 (Website Start, one page) or €449 (Website Plus, more pages or sections). All prices exclude VAT.
Online booking costs €349 one-off plus €25 per month; combined with a website you get €100 off and pay €249 one-off. Maintenance is optional at €30 per month. You only pay after delivery, by invoice with a 14-day payment term. Hosting, domain and technical management cost €15 per month (€40 per month together with maintenance), or you arrange hosting and the domain yourself. How quickly will my website be online?
Your website goes live as soon as you've approved the design and your domain name is set up. There is no fixed delivery time: any stated timelines are estimates.
First you get a free preview with your services and style. Then I adjust the text, prices, colours and photos until you're happy. How fast that goes depends mainly on how quickly your information and photos come in and how much you want to change. The steps are under How it works.
Do I need to arrange hosting and a domain name myself?
You don't have to. SalonZichtbaar arranges hosting, domain and technical management for €15 per month, excl. VAT, cancellable monthly with one month's notice. The domain is registered in your name, with SalonZichtbaar as technical manager, and is transferred to you if you stop.
Combined with maintenance (€30 per month) you pay €40 per month in total instead of €45. You can also arrange hosting and the domain yourself; I'll then set up your website there.
How does online booking work?
Your client picks a service, a staff member and a free time slot on your website, even in the evening. You manage the appointments and your availability.

No. For the booking system you pay a fixed fee, not a commission per booking: €349 one-off plus €25 per month, excluding VAT.
Together with a website the one-off fee is €249. For comparison: Treatwell charges 35% commission on a new client's first booking through their marketplace; regular clients who book through your own Treatwell link cost 0% commission there.
I already use Treatwell, Salonized or Salonkee. What then?
If you're happy with your current system, just keep it. I'll then only build a website that links to your existing booking page.
You then only pay for the website: €249 (Start) or €449 (Plus), excluding VAT. About Treatwell: they only charge 35% commission on a new client's first booking through their marketplace; regular clients who book through your own Treatwell link cost 0% commission.
Does the website work on mobile and in English?
Yes. Every website is built mobile first and comes in Dutch and English.
Website Start also includes buttons for WhatsApp, Instagram and booking, so clients can reach you straight from their phone. Website Plus includes everything in Start.
Will a website help me get found on Google?
Your own website makes your salon easier to find, but nobody can guarantee a top spot on Google.
Website Plus includes basic Google visibility and help with your Google Business Profile; that profile determines how your salon appears in Google Maps and local search results. Tips are in the article (in Dutch) Google-bedrijfsprofiel voor je salon.
Can I have things changed later?
Yes. With Maintenance (€30 per month, excluding VAT) I update your prices, opening hours and text.
Before going live I adjust the preview until you're happy, and after delivery you have 7 days to report specific changes. Maintenance is optional and can be cancelled monthly; it also covers keeping your website online and checked.
